Learning Spaces

I always wonder about learning spaces. When I recently changed the environment for my class, there were a lot of comments and thoughts about why I did that.

But shouldn’t it be a collaborative effort, all learners (so “teachers and students”) should be able to negotiate!?

And what is the purpose? How could this be reflected throughout a school?
